GLASS DOORS

Glass fireplace doors are constructed of tempered glass that has been heated to increase strength and prevent breakage. SCREEN DOORS

Screen doors can be a fabulous addition to any wood-burning fireplace. Styles include single panel, three panel, bowed, summer screens, and glass fire screens. To ensure safety, choose a screen door that allows at least one inch in height overlap and two inches of width overlap at the face of the fireplace opening. All glass doors can be converted to screen doors.

His main goal is complete customer satisfaction. We recently had a gas log system in our existing fireplace that fell short of our expectations. Neal immediately took steps to understand what wasn't right and made arrangements to modify our unit. Two different installation crews worked in our home.     They supplied and installed all the hardware for our three fireplaces and did a beautiful job and not the slightest issue. They also installed our Broilmaster outdoor grill. All was done exceptionally well.... that was in 2001!!! Today Mike came over to restore the grill and it is as new!!! Really professional and detailed work! 20 years of outstanding service is pretty amazing!!!

    Very pleased with my new fireplace AND the customer service. I had a gas insert installed. There were some annoying issues with my fireplace, such as it would not ignite on the first attempt or even the sixth, but would eventually fire up. Despite their busy period, members of Fireplace Plus visited my fireplace for diagnosis and would also call for follow up. They diagnosed the issue and everything works great. I appreciate the extra effort provided to create a satisfied customer, which I am.

    Professional, detail-oriented and expertise! I was very pleased with our entire experience with Fireplaces Plus. Neal, the owner was who came out to give us a quote. He was so honest, even talking us out of the more expensive option because he said it would be too big for our space. He was super accommodating too. Because of the timing of our remodel, we needed to move fast. I had three other quotes but he stepped up with a last minute quote and also the best price. Our installers came that Sunday, only 5 days later and did a perfect job. They know their craft, were helpful in explaining what we needed to know about it and were actually nice to have around for the afternoon! So personable! I would recommend them to anyone!     I never got into any of the store locations. I had Neal come to my house and quote turning 2 wood burning fireplaces into gas fireplaces. Previous to this I had two Chimney companies come to my house to inspect and quote. Not only was Neal's price a HUGE cost savings, he treated me like a friend. No BS. Very Honest and trustworthy. Since I had no gas I had to run gas lines to these fireplaces. Neal has partnered with two brothers, Bob and Eric that run gas lines to the fireplaces. They were at my house on time. They were considerate, honest, clean, and trustworthy. This team of guys had a positive attitude, and were friendly. Amazing good men with great knowledge and experience! Thank you guys!

    I bought a unit and had it installed a couple years ago. The store and its owner have been very responsive to my questions and some service issue. They were always willing to go the extra mile even though I live 30 miles from the shop. The service technicians were professional and were never rushed, they spent the time to figure out the problem. The issue finally was a factory fault that was figured and easily fixed-Thanks guys- great place - great service- all you can ask!

    Moved into a new home and needed a gas log for our fireplace. Ad came in mail so my wife and I drove to Fireplaces Plus. Robin, Marge and the guy with hair were terrific to deal with and quickly set us up with a Cross Timber log set. Mike and his partner called and set up our installation for a few days later. They were on time, friendly, efficient and helpful in showing us the safest way to ignite the log set without a resounding mini-explosion. Never would have guessed it ourselves. All in all, a wonderful experience and we now have not only a beautiful fireplace setting to enjoy, but the knowledge that when and if the electricity fails, we can still keep the house warm with our gas fired logs.
