    Fireplace Plus did a great job from start to finish. We especially appreciated the work from Juan, he is an artist and craftsman. Kyle also helped us make changes which improved the project. Neal also provided good advice to start us off on the right foot.

    A double-sided Sky-T Fireplace was installed and is being maintained by the Fireplace Plus. Great experience with the owner Neal and his son Colin. Their instal and service crews are on time, well equipped, do clean after themselves. Totally recommend!

    We wanted to do a built in fireplace and called many places but Neal was the only company who promptly followed up and provided a reasonable quote. The install team Juan and Tony came exactly when they said they would and the job was also finished exactly when they said it would end. I’m in awe of the work and this company is awesome!     Anyone looking for a reputable, one-stop shopping experience for gas log fireplaces, needs to look no further than Fireplaces Plus, Inc. in Vernon Hills. Neal, owner and sales rep, starts the process, offering excellent products and sound advice to meet individual needs. His friendly, honest professionalism is evident from the start. His main goal is complete customer satisfaction. We recently had a gas log system in our existing fireplace that fell short of our expectations. Neal immediately took steps to understand what wasn't right and made arrangements to modify our unit. Two different installation crews worked in our home.     Our fireplace was deemed unsafe and we wanted a gas log set, so we needed a company to help. Fireplaces Plus was amazing! Neal was super honest and helpful. They handled everything including demo, tile work, and installation of the new gas log set and remote system. They were friendly, professional, and respectful of my home.     Top quality and service. Neal and Colin are responsive and quick to give detail mattered suggestions.     Great store with huge varieties of electric , gas and wood fireplaces. They not cheap but remember you got what you pay for. Colin was very helpful and knowledgeable about everything I’ve ask for.

    Highly recommend this team, from top to bottom. Everyone who worked on our Flare fireplace project provided exemplary customer service. Neal, the owner, checked in everyday. Adam in the store shared his knowledge. Installers Rich and Matt completed their work efficiently. Juan and Maria were skilled finishers leaving our walls ready for paint and tiles.     We visited Fireplaces Plus in Vernon Hills to purchase two replacement gas log kits for our two fireplaces at our home. The staff could not have been more friendly, helpful or professional! They had everything we needed in stock. Now our fireplaces look new again!

    Top notch quality and service. Neil and the crow were all incredible. The Fireplace came out better then we could ever have imagined. We just love caming in the home now and seeing this gorgeous fireplace. Ask for Juan for your stone work, he's truly a Artist.

    They supplied and installed all the hardware for our three fireplaces and did a beautiful job and not the slightest issue. They also installed our Broilmaster outdoor grill. All was done exceptionally well.... that was in 2001!!! Today Mike came over to restore the grill and it is as new!!! Really professional and detailed work! 20 years of outstanding service is pretty amazing!!!
